In April 2024, Dr. Rachael Nambusi opened My Health & Wellness Medical Group as a health clinic in Miami Beach, Florida. Although MHW Medical Group’s general practice is relatively young, Dr. Nambusi is an experienced physician. For over 10 years, she’s specialized in family medicine, in weight management, and metabolic health. Outside of her primary responsibilities, she’s a qualified flight surgeon. In the U.S. Air Force Reserve, flight surgeons function as occupational health professionals. A passion for preventative medicine blossomed from her military occupational health expertise, leading her to serve the greater Miami area.

Meet Dr. Rachael
Rachael Nambusi, MD, MBA, is board-certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. She received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, completing part of her training in the Caribbean and all clinical clerkships at South Florida Medical centers, including the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital, and Miami Beach Community Clinics.
Dr. Rachael completed her residency training at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences before returning to South Florida to practice Hospital Medicine. Her experience also includes providing extensive telehealth care to patients in over 30 states, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. My Health & Wellness Medical Group is her newest endeavor, a health clinic in Miami devoted to her favorite community.
