Miami Beach, FL. By availing of our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Eligibility: Services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors (those under 18) may access services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Booking & Cancellation: Appointments can be booked in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

Payment: All services must be paid for in full at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, and gift vouchers. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

Health & Safety: Clients are required to provide a complete and accurate health history form before receiving any treatments. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of all our clients.

Personal Belongings:

MHW Medical Group is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought into the spa.

Conduct: Clients are expected to maintain a peaceful and respectful demeanor at all times. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Limitation of Liability: MHW Medical Group will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with any use of the services or with any delay or inability to use the services.

Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to stay updated with the latest terms and conditions.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Miami Beach, FL.
